How often do I pay? and what is the payment method?
Terms of payment will be set out in the account offer letter and varies according to company policy. Our standard terms are weekly and Direct Debit on a Friday. Weekly terms will be offered if we cannot accommodate the full amount of credit required.
What is Online Account Management?
This gives you free access to monitor your account on a 24/7 basis, ordering & stopping cards and fleet management reports.
How do I access my online account?
Choose a user name and password and we will set up your account. Once registered this gives you 24/7 access.
How do I get a copy invoice?
Access your account online and view all previous invoices or call 01376 574 410.
I suspect my card has been lost/stolen - What should I do now?
If you suspect your card has been stolen, then you must inform us immediately. We may be contacted by phone 01376 574 410, fax 01376 350040 or e-mail (cards@fuelogicltd.co.uk). You can also place cards on stop via the online account management section of the website.
I wish to order new cards – How can I do this?
To order new cards simply phone 01376 574 410, fax 01376 350040 or e-mail (cards@fuelogicltd.co.uk) with the details of the new card(s) you require e.g. with/without registrations, fleet numbers, etc.

Which pumps can I use at sites with my Fuelogic Card?
Please be sure to use the pumps designated to the Keyfuels network, as the Fuelogic card is only designed to use Keyfuels. N.B. If paying at the kiosk, be sure to ask the operator to verify the status of your card before you draw fuel.
Do your cards require the use of PINs?
The Fuelogic cards require the use of PINs (at automatic sites). Please bear in mind that particular pump will be automatically locked out if the PIN is entered incorrectly 3 times. If further incorrect PINs are entered, then you will need to contact Fuelogic.
We strongly recommend that you do not write the PIN on the card, as in the event of your card being lost or stolen, this will increase the likelihood of fraudulent fuel being drawn which you will be responsible for.
What is Zero Liability?
Zero Liability is a safety feature we offer at a cost of 60p per month per card. This system operates by passing the liability for any questionable fuel drawings to ourselves far sooner than with the standard card blacklisting process (except in the event of the PIN number being written on or left with the card) . Therefore, once a card has been placed ‘on stop’ - the customer is exempt from any liability. Full Terms & Conditions can be found by clicking here.

Is there a contract or minimum usage?
There is no minimum usage or contract on the Fuelogic card; all companies no matter the size can take advantage of our fuel card accounts.
Are registration numbers compulsory?
They are not compulsory, but highly recommended. If your drivers often use different vehicles, then embossing driver names onto the cards will be most suitable for you. Occasionally, some customers prefer to emboss the registration and the driver name on the same card.

Can fuel other than diesel be drawn on the Fuelogic cards?
At the moment Fuelogic cards can only be used to draw Diesel, Gas Oil, Lube Oil and Adblue. For fuel other than diesel, the price will be what the site is charging that day and usually a small surcharge. Please contact us for details.
